Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase, including item size, colour, quantity, billing details and shipping information.
Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to make changes or cancel the order if it has already been processed or dispatched.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all orders placed through our store.
SECTION 4 - PRICING, TAXES AND CHARGES
All prices are listed in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for an item will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed, unless an obvious error has occurred.
Shipping costs, taxes, duties or import charges may be calculated and displayed at checkout, where applicable.
For international orders, any applicable taxes, duties or import fees may be automatically calculated by Shopify at checkout. These charges are based on the destination country and order details.
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes or import charges required by their local authorities, unless these have already been collected at checkout.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are processed and shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, public holidays, peak periods, customs processing or circumstances outside our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect delivery information provided by the customer or events outside our reasonable control.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. If an order is returned to us due to incorrect details, failed delivery or non-collection, additional postage charges may apply to resend the order.
SECTION 6 - RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND FAULTY ITEMS
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Returns must be lodged within the timeframe stated in our Returns Policy.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered and unwashed, with all original tags attached. Footwear must be returned with the original shoebox.
Sale items may be exchanged for another size, subject to availability. Sale items may only be returned for a refund if the item is faulty or where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Final sale items are not eligible for a refund, return or exchange due to change of mind. Final sale items may only be exchanged for another size where stock is available, subject to approval.
Nothing in these Terms or our Returns Policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including your rights in relation to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items.
SECTION 7 - AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy if an item is faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose or does not meet a consumer guarantee.
We are not required to provide a refund or exchange for change of mind, including where you have chosen the wrong size, changed your mind, found the item cheaper elsewhere or no longer want the item, unless our Returns Policy allows it.
This section applies in addition to any rights you may have under our Returns Policy.

All content on our website and online store is owned by or licensed to Allebasi Clothing, unless otherwise stated.

Our online store is powered by Shopify. Shopify provides the platform that allows us to sell our products to you, however purchases made through our store are made directly with Allebasi Clothing.
