Returns Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you must lodge your return request within 7 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed. All original tags must remain attached. Footwear must be returned with the original shoebox.
Items may be refused for return if they do not meet these conditions.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Faulty items will be assessed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Sale Items
Sale items are not eligible for a standard refund or return due to change of mind.
Sale items may be exchanged for another size, subject to availability. If a sale item is faulty, it may be returned for a refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Final Sale Items
Final sale items are not eligible for a refund, return or exchange due to change of mind.
Final sale items may only be exchanged for another size if the size is available. This is subject to stock availability and approval.
This does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law where an item is faulty.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available where stated in this policy.
Sale items and final sale items may be exchanged for another size, subject to availability. If the requested size is unavailable, an exchange may not be possible.
We do not offer exchanges for general change of mind unless approved at our discretion.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Shipping and postage costs are not included in the return value.
