Shipping Policy
Orders are processed during business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and packed before it is dispatched.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information, where applicable.
Domestic Shipping
We currently offer shipping within Australia.
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before your order is confirmed.
Orders over $300 are eligible for Domestic Express shipping, unless otherwise stated by promotions.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, peak periods or circumstances outside of our control.
International Shipping
We may offer international shipping to selected countries where available at checkout.
For overseas orders, any applicable taxes, duties or import fees may be automatically calculated by Shopify at checkout. These charges are determined based on the destination country and the order details.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes or import charges required by their local authorities, unless these have already been collected at checkout.
Delivery timeframes for international orders may vary depending on the destination, customs processing and carrier delays.
Order Tracking
If tracking is available for your order, you will receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at the time of placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or lost parcels where incorrect or incomplete shipping information has been provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the information before your order is dispatched, however changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.
If your parcel is delayed, lost or marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us so we can assist you in lodging an enquiry with the carrier.
Shipping Costs
Shipping and postage costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
If your order is returned to us due to incorrect details, failed delivery or non-collection, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
